  • No Exchanges on Grain Bags: Exceptions for Shipping Damage or Visible Contamination. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and are limited to shipping damage or visible contamination. All other exchanges are not permitted.
  • Returns accepted within 21 days of purchase on all other items.

At AltCology, we are committed to delivering your order in the quickest possible time. Our standard shipping time for general items is 3-5 business days. However, please note that our grain bags require an additional 2 days of lead time as they are made on demand to ensure the highest quality.
